I am sure you could if you put your mind to it. srt-4 head will not increase power, more then likely drop it with the 2.4 cams. But the srt-4 if I remember will not bolt right up to the neon or n/a 2.4. Your best bet is to fine a 95-99 neon or stratus with a 2.0 or 2.4 n/a DOHC motor. If you find a dohc neon dont forget to snag the computer and manifolds.

Why? No performance upgrade reasons to do it.

The only performance advantage between the 2.0 N/A and the srt-4 2.4 is the turbocharger, and slightly stronger lower internals.
