Default 95 wont start

cel doesnt work
no fuel, no spark.
has 96? engine in it.
fuel pump fuse looks like its over heated before.
i hear that powers the pcm so that might be some of the problem.
where should i start at?
can i run power right to the pcm to see if it will start?

Flip the key to on and check fuse 11 (5amp), and fuse 20 (15amp) inside the car. Also check fuse 21 (20amp) in the PDC under the hood. Check for power at all these fuses, check the fuses to make sure they are good. I assume that fuse 21 is the one your referring to. Check back.

i believe i checked all the fuses under the hood.
they were good.
replaced the fuel pump relay.
when i closed the fuel pump relay the pump still didnt run.
ill double check the fuses in the car.

when i say no cel i mean its not on with the key on.
it was on all the time cus it has a diff motor in it.

Why would a different motor cause the CEL light, and why is it no big deal? lmk when you check the fuses for Power.
