Default New neon woes

Uhg finally found my next neon. 2003 srt-4 super clean drive it anywhere.... Had it shipped here.... It gets here and I am super stoked looks clean as heck. Start it up runs good. Go to drive it home and sucker starts smoking so bad people had to pull over lol. I find someone went into the motor and sealed it back up with blue rtv sealant. Of course all the oil gaskets are leaking. Its smoking from the engine bay... Intake is missing and I am wondering if I sucked something in it on the way home. Head light switch is faulty. Shipper creamed my front bumper and took a good chunk out. Car is bouncy as all hell. Clunks out of the control arms. Missing the intake temp sensor. Battery light is on for low voltage. At this point I dont even have the money to touch it, I just bought a car that is going to sit. I plan to put a new turbo on and seal up the gaskets and see what I got, if thats not it I am going in the motor. Plus it needs tires. Seller was so missleading or doesn't know squat about cars. :[ Learn from my experience, look at the car before you buy it.

Always, always inspect a car before purchasing.

Yea I know now lol. This was my first and my last. I have sold a few cars over the internet and each time the buyer was more then happy. But I need to remember not everyone is honest as I am.
Parts list so far:
17 missing bolts
2 front tires
Head lights, tail lights, and harness's
Turbocharger
Longblock
Clutch
Trans rebuild
Control arm bushings
Tie rods
Alternator (he had the main feed + hooked to a ground...)
Starter
Front bumper and fender
I am sure the list will keep adding up the more I look at it. Lucky for me I work at a shop and get discount parts. For anyone else, they would of been at a huge loss.

Sad to hear. Did you at least get a good price?

Um I am in it for 6k or so said and done with it registered, thats with no repairs.. So I didnt pay top dollar, but i wouldn't say cheap either. But I was expecting a gem from how he described it. A few things wrong is one thing. But it looks like some 12 year old took the car apart and put it back together.

Your journey has begun, sir. Neons are great, as are most cars. Parts have life expectancies and depending on the miles and treatment some components are closer to failure.
If you like tinkering with automobiles a used car can be a fun learning experience.

My current project is the power steering fluid leaking out of my rack and pinion bellows. Hoping I can get away with replacing seals. It is a fun car to work on... in the summer.
I wish you luck in your adventure. Stay safe.

Journey just ended fixed it all last week :P Mostly just fixing someone elses mistakes. Also put the car back to complete stock along with some ACR struts/springs. Still need to put in a clutch fork, but it still shifts okay for now.

After photos.
