Alright I am admitting that I do not own the neon, it is my girlfriends. But does anybody know if the 1998 neons are prewired for cruise control, and if so where I could get the switches. If not does anybody know how hard it is to install cruise control? What is the recommended cruise control unit if it is aftermarket. Thanks for your help.

I am pretty sure that the wiring is there. I am not sure if you need to change the colum to add cruise or not, but all the wiring should be there. If you go aftermarket JC Whitney has cruise kits.
