i have a 99 sport dohc that i want to boost! i want to get the perfect setup to get the best output i can. i dont want to do anything extra i just want boost. internals and stuff like that. i would like to put 10 to 15 lbs of boost on it! and what a good turbo!

 

So you plan to do internals or not? If not I would not run more then 10psi. Srt-4 turbo/fold, walboro 255, front mount intercooler, missing link, wideband/boost gauge, spool boy mod with RRFPR. That is after you go over the motor and make sure everything is healthy and no issues. Here is a little project log I did a few years ago on a dohc. just stock internals. so 8psi would be alright? whats a spoolboy mod with RRFPR?

 

Spool boy mod is the modification of adding a RRFPR, return line, and bypassing the stock regulator. RRFPR is rising rate fuel pressure regulator. I like the chill factory, Begi makes a similar one. You will also need bigger injectors like some srt-4 injectors. You can use the stock injectors, but the fuel pressure required is damn high.

Google "spoolboy mod" its something you need to do yourself. Its modifying the canister. The regulator can be bought on the forums, I dont think they make them anymore. Heres a bunch of links to keep ya busy.
