I agree it sounds like your timing is off.

 

so if timing is off, but the belts not then what should i be checking

 

Have you actually checked the crank to cam timing? Even if the belt looks good, it could've jumped. Use the timing marks on the crank and cam pulleys to verify that timing is correct.

 

Car needs 3 things to run, accurate fuel pressure and VOLUME (if the fuel pressure drops right off when the motors pulses injectors, thats an issue), TIMED spark (check the timing, not just spark), and compression.

 

cam to crank timing is fine, also took off valve cover and nothing bent or not moving right in there. also notice that if i leave the plug wires off it cranks fine, but when i put plug wires on and crank is when i notice the hard crank/puking sound the most. so whats next guys, and how to test it, cause im over my head.

 

still need help the shop says i need to get it fixed or get it out. if some one could just tell me what to do next so it looks like im making progress.

 

You might have better luck on a general automotive form...
It's hard to tell what could be going on without actually being there. Maybe post a video?

 

well ended up being all about the first thing i did. i said in first post that i switched coild with my car. well wehn i changed the coil i had to change pigtail. and WHEN GOING FROM ROUND TREMINAL TO FLAT TERMINAL COIL YOU HAVE TO SWAP THE OUTER WIRES. the clue for him who found it was that it was firing wrong and the timing was right. but shes all good 35 hours of shop timelater SMH..
