Default 1998 Dodge Neon Blower Motor..help..have video

I have a 1998 dodge neon. Blower motor noise help! Problem, When i have the engine on, and i turn blower switch on high, then shut it off, it make a strange noise as described in the video above. i do it 3 times in the video. I tried doing it a fourth time but this time, with the engine off, then the noise wasn't there? can someone tell me what the problem is here? do i need to replace the blower motor? please watch this video i made on youtube.

Check to see if the vaucuum tube has come off the blower assymbly

Yea it does kind of sound like a vacuum. Or maybe there is something in the squirrel cage.

Default simple to remove

The motor is simple to remove. just did mine. had dirt in it, it sounded horrible. 3 screws in the bottom of glove box, 3 screws in the motor. have to pull up carpet and side splash and then I cut the foam insulation to get it to drop out easy but it isn't hard. just a pain being under the dash. good luck
