Sunday I noticed that the passenger headlight was extremely dim. I assumed the bulb was going to go out, even though they are brand new. Monday when I got home from work, I noticed both the headlights were out (I always drive with my lights on). The tail lights and parking lights are just fine. I opened the hood and reached behind the passenger headlight and touched the wiring, as I was going to pull the bulb out. When I did this, the light came on! I stepped back and looked, and the drivers light was very dim, like the passenger one was the day before. I messed with both bulbs, removed them and put them back in, same, drivers side is dim and the passenger is normal. And today i noticed the clock on my radio was flickering here and there.

What's going on?

Sounds like you have a wiring issue if it started working when you messed with the wires
