Okay i supposedly bought a AF/X pcm online, and when i went to put it into my 99 neon i noticed on the bottom of the plate that holds the PCM's in place it mopar performance on it and said emissions exempt and so now i am wondering if that is a mopar performance PCM. I dont know what #s to look at/for to tell what i have.
This is stamped on top. Is that the right # to even look at?

# on the supposed MPP PCM is 04745004 64490 4

# on supposed AF/X PCM is 04745004 64490 3


Please help... seriously confused...

 

I recently bought a new PCM that was preprogrammed for the car, but I still had to bring it to the dealership to get initialized for the neon.
