Instrument Cluster Swap

I was wandering if I can swap out my old basic cluster to a nice cluster with tachometer and other upgrades such as the srt model. Any suggestions appreciated.
1998 neon coupe 2.0 sohc auto no power windows or locks.

From: Dubuque, Iowa

A 95-99 cluster will be a direct bolt in. Anything else will require modification. So if you want to use a 95-99 cluster with a tach, its plug and play.
