I have a 99 2.0 DOHC Neon and my electrical problems started with both rear turn signal and brake lights stopped working. Bulbs good, continuity to sockets, fuses ok. Front Turn signals are ok. Now I have brake light and turn signals on the right side but not the left. Plus the head lights don't work now, running lights do work, and again fuses and bulbs are good. I took the top and bottom covers of the fuse block by the battery and was looking at the wires. After head lights went out, I notice the fuse blew for the brake lights. I replaced that but not left turn signal/brake in the rear and no head lights. Is there a common place to get a short? Is there a link to down load a good wiring schematic? I don't want to by a manual for 26 bucks when I want to sell the car. Any ideas.
