I have a 98 neon sohc trying to fix the ac i tested to see if the clutch was engaging it was when i hooked it up to a 12 volt source but dosent work when its plugged into the cars wiring harness i also checked the relay it was good as well im sure you guys have answered this bit im new to the ac game thanks.

 

I believe there is a fuse as well. If not, you might have to dig into the wiring harness.
