OK So i have a Plymouth neon sport 95 and its had brake problem s ever since I've bought it... But now I've noticed that the caliper only attaches on the bottom as the other side attaches on the top part of the knuckle. Now is my question. Will the caliper stay on the bottom "rung" with the bolts in or should I have a service look at it?

 

I am not sure what you are describing but you want all bolts and nuts tight and secure. We are talking about your brakes after all. Maybe take a pic.
