1999 Plymouth Neon Highline Coupe SOHC
Hey All Neon Drivers!!! I have a 1999 Plymouth/Dodge Neon Highline Coupe 2.0L SOHC automatic. I want to build it up as an everyday commuting racer type of car. So Pretty much what I am asking is if I could get EVERYONES opinion on parts with prices and ideas on making it a quick mini muscle car(since it is a domestic model). oh and I already know I DO NOT want to put a body kit or spoiler because I feel those are only for Ricers... Please DO NOT talk trash or give me any garbage talk.
