Whenever i take turns i notice water leaks right from the passenger side. It also makes a noise like the blower motor is shorting out or something it only happens after it rains. Where is the water coming in through?

 

Totally a guess, but you could have water coming in throught the air ducts. Maybe one is cracked or something. Check the intake between the hood and windsheild. Could also be a plugged AC drain.
