My neon just does a single click when i try to start it. the batteries good and it just stopped starting out of no where. i tried tricking the starter by hitting it and it did nothing. car worked great before this happened. was thinking it was the starter relay maybe? any information could help

Sounds like a loose connection at the battery, or a ground is not connected. Visually inspect all ground wires, and check for loose connections at your battery. If you can move the terminal by hand, then it is loose. New terminals may be required.
