Few simple questions..
Just picked up a 99 neon r/t 4 door 5 speed. 1000$ from a family member

its been well taken care of 180k on it.

im not new to tuning , Im a shop manager in Illinois

Just wondering with this 2.0 DOhc which Stock dodge intake
(what year what motor)

would be the best Intake manifold upgrade, Currently this thing has the plastic 2.0 dohc intake on it, and im looking for a bit of an increase in hp but mostly just opening her up, Grabbing an ok racing exhaust system, and header. looking for a cheap way to open up the intake a bit. and let her breath

which intake (junkyard style) say for instance the 2.4l intake. or whatnot would open up my induction system?

and as far as that goes i wouldn't mind a set of larger injectors, say junkyard style again for instance say the 2.4L injectors.


Im new to neons just looking for some strait forward answers.

 

Get a good iceman intake and a automatic throttle body. Stock injectors are plenty unless you add boost or switch blockss
