So my dodge neon 98' my grandfather bought back when it first came out and passed on to me after me died started having electrical problems.

1. Radio, Interior Lighting (Roof Lights, Ash Tray Lights, Rear View Mirror Lights) don't function. But The Dash Lights + Other utilities work.
2. When turning off the vehical the Dash Gauges don't reset (Go down to 0 or w/e), they stay in the exact same position. I tried replacing fuses of the certain utilities and nothing worked.

I was told this could be an issue with the Ignition or a bad ground somewhere, any ideas?. Wanted to ask here before i went to a shop and paid a fortune.

Note: Everything is stock, no prior electrical work has been done before. (except for when i did a fuse replacement).

 

almost positive its a ground wire just got to find where its at and that's the trickey part get a hanes book for 20 some odd dollars ground wires do get loose over years
