ok so when I drive the car for a little bit the car starts to sputter threw the exhaust and bogg down to the point to when I accelerate it doesn't go past 2000 rpms it just bounces hmmm I cant belive all the money I put in this car and I still cant drive it with confidence it wont break down

 

Acts like a rev limiter? I would check the cam sensor and magnet. Also check to see if that cat is restricted.
