srt-4 turbo and manifold on 2.0 dohc?
Hey I'm new here and I'm not sure if anyone here has done this but any help will be greatly appreciated.
I got my hands on a turbo setup from an srt-4 04 model. It came with the turbo, manifold, gaskets, oil and cooling lines, and the mopar BOV conersion. I was wondering about supplying the turbo with oil and coolant and where from (on the 2.0) would be best to tap into the oil and cooling systems. Also I know that I will need supplement the fuel system, but not sure what will work best as far as an external pump and fuel contrller.
Thanks
Kevin

The Walbro 255 lph pump is plenty for most applications. You'd have to crunch the numbers yourself to find out how much power you'd be limited to with your setup, but pretty sure there are guys topping 350+ HP without an external pump. Available from Modern Performance or Howell Automotive for $110 or so. There are several ways of controlling fuel. Take a look through the archives at ***** and the stickied posts there in the forced induction forums. Should answer most of your questions.
Best of luck!

Do you have the entire motor and turbo, or just the turbo, manifold and such? If you are using the 2.0L block, the manifold is differnet and it is going to be a custom build.
Hey kevin I am doing the same thing to my 99. I have lots of info if you need help. also maybe you have learned somethings that i havnt yet. Let me know.
