need help badly techometer

My 95 neon did not come with a tech I need to know where to wire mine too or if I have to get a tech adapter? I believe my neon is a early 95 neon.a

tachometer gauge cluster

Pull a cluster from the local salvage yards, and get a spare from me. All 1gn clusters fit any 1gn neon. No mods needed.
