Buy it?
Hi all,
new to this forum and have the opportunity to buy a '95 Neon with 79K miles from the original owner, who is 86 and has to turn in his keys! Seems to be a great little car; will be our "station" car to run around town in…maybe some 100 mile trips to and from parent's houses. 5 spd, AC is nice and cold; paint/body OK with a few parking lot scars. New tires, but it pulls a bit to the right.
Any items I should look at before buying? Haven't discussed price yet, but the seller is a relative and hopefully will be glad to see it stay in the family. KBB shows around $1180 to $1455 for "fair" to "good" condition.
