I have a 2001 Dodge neon with the 2.0 litre and it won't start! Well with the key that is, to start I have to turn key all way to ignition than open fuse box under the hood, pull the starter relay and touch one end of a paper clip to where the relay goes and the other end to the battery ground..than it'll run just fine! Any suggestions? The relay is good but not sure what to do next? Thanks for help!

 

When I bought my 2000 4 years ago turning the key would not engage the starter at times. I would click the start several times before it kicked in. I replaced the ignition key cylinder and the attached box that connects to all the ignition wires (NAPA). Never had any problems since. Good luck
