Having a problem on my friends 99 neon. He was havin issues with the headlights and dash lights going on and off on bumps or just randomly. He would mess with the headlight **** and theyd come back on. Now they wont come on at all and he uses the high beams at night. Should i start with the headlight switch or does the combo/multifunction switch have anything to do with this? Any feed back is appreciated.
