A/C Rebuild Write Up or Video....
Folks,
Our trusty and beautiful red 1996 Plymouth Neon SOHC 2.0L seized its compressor after almost nineteen years sterling service.
The car has around 80K nicely driven miles on the clock.
I have purchased a new DENSO compressor, O ring kit, drier, condenser and expansion valve from Parts Geek and now I am ready to do the rebuild.
My experience is with rebuilding Alfa Romeo A/C and I have pressure gauges and vacuum pump etc.
The Neon appears to be straightforward but in my experience that is almost always never the case.
Each model has its own little idiosyncrasies.....
I am looking for any good instructional video or write up on a Neon A/C rebuild.
Any good input will be greatly appreciated.
Ta,
Neville.

Indeed I have looked at length for any YOUTUBE instruction to no avail.
If I had time I would do one myself because it looks like I am on my own this coming weekend.
I have all the parts I thin I need and I will proceed as best I can.
Haynes workshop manual is useless in this and most other tasks I have undertaken on this Neon.
Before the Internet I depended on and loved Haynes.......no more....they did a very poor job of the Neon.
Any helpful input will be greatly appreciated.
We have a beautiful red two door coupe that my dear Wife refuses to part with.......less than 80K.
