Window rattle

Does anyone have an easy fix for rattling window cranks? I've got a 98 RT Neon with manual windows and the rattling window regulators are drivin me nuts. HELP!!

There are adjusters if you take the door panel off. Just take the door panel off and roll the window all the way up and adjust them so that the window does not move.

How could the window crank rattle, its not like its a 1950's car??? And if it is the horseshoe slip is not there or loose.
