Default Wheel cylinder

I have a stupid question, I have a 1995 neon and I need to replace the wheel cylinder. I don't have much knowledge on car repair but I have to do this myself due to low funds. My question is what size bolts hold them on? Does it use metric or standard?

Probably a 10mm. You can buy wheel cylinders for about $10 on rock auto. If you don't have much knowledge, you should start looking at videos on you tube, buy a Haynes manual and start learning. If you don't know what you are doing, you can create a dangerous situation for yourself working on a braking system.
