Default ok what to do

couple of questions...
1- in the 95 sohc wiring harness, is there a set up for fog lamps already,
2- how hard is there to put in cruise control
3- I have heard that swapping the head to a dohc head is like extra 50 hp true? if so , is it as easy as just new DOHChead and gaskets
4- what about runnning my cai out of the hood?

1. I recall there not being a wire for fog lamps on a non-equipped neon, I installed an external switch that would activate the lamps manually
2. I have no experience installing after-market cruise control, so I can't comment
3. A brand new header won't give you anywhere near the 50 HP gains that you're looking for
4. Running a cold air intake through the hood is possible, provided that you have a custom duct running from the hood vents into the intake which is located at the very front of the engine compartment on a 1st generation neon (that is, unless you feel like modifying the intake to draw in from the hood)

what he said.... but the head not the header was the question, yes a DOHC is more hp, but as i recall it is only a 20hp dif., and no you must change internals as well, the DOHC uses dif pistons

1)Later neons did come prewired for fog lights but you have trace the harness until you find the correct wires normally their cut off just around the battery the color varies wth the year.
2)????i know it's not easy????
3)1st a dohc head will not work on a sohc neon unless you change out the pcm, second putting a dohc head on sohc will result in aloss of power(20+), third doing a full head swap and piston swap will give you roughly a 25hp gain give or take.
4)cai out the hood works just make sure to it done right
