Default 95 sohc engine in a 96 sohc

hey everyone well i got a 95 motor to put in my 96 neon . the reason why i got this motor cause it was a complete motor with shaved head alittle and port and polish done . for 50 bucks. i know the motor itself had a few little differences like the pvc on the intake side . can i just take it off and block it off? and do i need a 95 ecu to run this motor? i have the original 96 sohc motor but it is tore down to the bare block getting ready for forged internals and a turbo. i just want to get the car back running so i can drive it . and can i put the valve cover off my 96 on the 95 ? the pvc valv is already built in that valve cover . what yall think?. any information is greatly appreciated.

You can block the PCV in the block, only if you use the 96 Valve cover. Use all the sensors off your 96's engine and the car will run fine.
