Rebuild DOHC Engine Help
Hello everyone! I'm new to the forums.
So I have a 1999 dodge neon that brother used to own. It has 190k miles on it and well my brother didn't know how to take care of a car and the timing belt snapped and bent half the valves as expected. I've got the head out and machined and everything put back together except for hoses, fluids, and spark. I'm getting close to being able to start it up but this has been a year long project because I'm usually busy.
Just want to know if anyone has had this rebuild before and if there's anything special I need to be cautious of or how to go about doing first start up so I make sure something doesn't break.
Any advice helps.
