Default need help

well i got a flat the other day soo my car is sitting in the driveway anyway when i bought my car they never gave me a wrench or whatever to take off aftermarket lugs, i went to the autoparts store and they said they have nothign that would work.

now my question is what do i do i need my car back asap

what kind of lugs?? You can go to a rim specialty store and buy an adapter.

i have no clue what kind they are??? ill have to see if there are any stores around here that i can get somethign like that from

For starters, identify the brand style rim you have. Secondly, try to identify what kind of rims they are.

Identifying what the style/kind of rim isnt super important, but the brand is. Lexani, Enkei, American Racing etc etc.

Then just contact a local tire/rim shop in town. Pep Boys, Discount Tire, Tire Barn, etc.....tell them what style rims you have and let them know you need an adapter to take the lug nuts off.


You should also check your trunk/glove box, as some cars had the adapters placed in these locations. It would look possibly like a key or a ratchet attachment.

Any good tire shop will have a tool to take the lug locks off.
