just thought i'de share this with everyone. It seems 1st gen neons in the salt states have a tendencey to rot out in the fill tube to the gas tank cusing moisture to get in the tank. A guy here in central new york was telling me about it, he works on ALOT of neons(like 6 on his lot) and was helping me out with a gas problem, and low and behold that was it.

 

wow, how the hell does sand get all the way up there? That's interesting to know. I don't think I'll need it, but if I run into that, I'll know what the cause is. Thanks [sm=smiley20.gif]
