Hopefully someone can help, I acquired a 1998 Neon from my sister, and when she got it, she had my uncle install an after market stereo, in the process, he cut the wire that powers the dome light, my new stereo, that I purchased does not have the Orange wire to connect the domelight, does anyone know of a way of re wiring the dome light so that i can have light again, please help!!!! I also have one more question, can anyone tell me where the wiring runs from the rear speakers to the head unit, I'd like to re wire the speakers, so that as i can get new speakers, the wiring will be in place.

Thanks, for the diagrams, but there's still one problem, the only thing that i could think of is that the Remote on wire coming out of my stereo is what I would need to connect, there's no output for a light system on my stereo.

 

1st of all if you want to fix your dome light just wire it into a 12v somewhere like the cig. lighter, and seocnd the wire for your rear speakers goes down the side of your back seat and under the seat for the back seat, prolly thru and under the carpeting up the center consul, just take of your back seat and u can see where it goes
