well i went to go snowboarding and found out my trunk will not open? no idea why. and there is this oder in the truck and the back seats are kinda wet ( i have yet to sit back there just got the car ). how could i solve these problem or what should i do?

I had the exact same problem as you did. For the trunk check your trunk release. if you can open it with a key, check the part that latches down and take a good look at it. inside is a a spring and on each side of the spring is a hook that catches to groves. when you look at it you will know what im talking about, if not let me know and i will take a pic of mine and show you. anyways one of the hooks might have came off of one of the groves, so when you try to open it there isnt enough spring back. also check your trunk release cable for any threading. as for your wet seats. it could be a bad tailight gasket, or even a hole in your wheel well, What I did was I took the carpeting out of my trunk and grabbed some rubber adhesive from autozone and gave my entire trunk 3 coats( also take out your back seat and look under it for water, i had some water there too, i also gave this 3 coats) I did the same for the wheel well, that did the trick for me hope this was helpfull

Hey, I havent gotten the chance to take apart the trunk latch yet, It snowed here before I got the chance and now my car is having some work done in the shop, if your still having probs let me know if i can still help
