96 Dodge Neon Won't start !!!help
I have a 96 Dodge Neon 2.0 SOHC, Ive' just had the motor rebuilt and the head redone (all new )
My problem:
1. I have fuel and I have Spark but I have no injector pulse.
2. I checked the ohm resistance with an ohmeter on all for injectors and there up to spec and put a power source to each injector and they all "clicked".
3. I put a test light to one of the wire ton the fuel injector while I crank the engine but the light doesn't turn on.
4. When I retrieve codes from the PCM I get a code that says something about the ASD sensor.
All in all I have fuel to the injectors and I have spark at the plugs but i don't have an injector pulse.
Oh the cam snd crank sensors are brand new, so is the oil sending unit, temp sending unit, both O2 sensors. Already bought another computer off a running neon that was rear ended but still doesn't turn on.

ASD (Auto Shut Down)
It's connected to the fuel pump fuse under the hood. The horn re-lay will work in it's place. I think...
But from what I understand the ASD will also cause no feul and will close the port to the PCM.
