ok so i have a 95 neon, i want more power... i have been through alot with my little baby. so heres the deal, i have replaced the head gasket, rebuilt tranny, intake, and an exhaust. so i want to make it turbo. i found this on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Mopar...43745994QQrdZ1 is it a good idea, and what else would i need, (intercooler, ecu, harness, injectors?) any help would doooo thanks

The intercooler is not needed, but its a great idea. ECU, either keep it stock or get a Megasquirt. Injectors, your fine with stock if your not boosting over 8-10Lbs, after that a bigger fuel pump, fuel rail, and injectors are a good idea. Not to mention, intake piping and an air filter.

so whats in the picture plus some intake piping and mabye some injectors is all i will need, is there anything else that i need to have to get it running decent?

my friends say i need a new ecu to get it tuned, true?
im having someone else hooker up, will i be able to do it in a fashionable amount of time
anddddd anything else i need to know?

I think you should purchase, read, and reread Maximum Boost by Corky Bell. You should also do a google search on turbo Neons, because there's a ton of information out there on doing it the right way, Neon specific. For every person that does some basic research and builds a reliable 225-250 HP Neon, there are 20 Neon owners catching a ride to work after blowing up their engine because they wanted power quick and cheap.
