hey does anyone have a manuel rack and pinion i think they coem off of the 95 base neons anyways i need one so i can lose the power steering the right way... or if you know of a way to just remove the lines and block everythin off... cuz if thats ok then ill do that

You can cut the lines and leave them open. I'm sure it's possible to remove the fittings, but I've never bothered.
You can find manual racks on base models and ACR's, and you can use the rack off a Shadow as well, which has an even lower ratio (14:1?) than anything you'll find on a Neon.

That's right... same as the R/T's. Only the Base/Lowline models (without the ACR package) had the 22:1 manual rack. Thanks for the correction!
