ok as u know i blow up my motor and i am going to get a dohc and i want to know if the r/t motor is faster or if there is any thing that makes it better

 

the r/t motor is the same as any dohc motor.

 

As he already mentioned, they are all pretty much the same, but the later '99 DOHC's came with the good MLS head gasket to cure the blown head gasket problem all Neons were plagued with when ran hard. The only other real difference was the PCM's.
