a regular neon can combine options that are offered on the neon
an acr is a plain race car, nothing fancy just performance(manual windows,manual locks,no sunroof)just a nice set of *****
an r/t is a step below the acr in performance but is usually more for a person that wants performance and options(power windows, sunroof,power locks,power windows)

 

If your buying and wondering about the car if it is an acr or not or if its a sport or etc get the vin# and go to neons.org to check it they have a vin decoder on that site that will tell you stuff about the car your loooking at.
