Default wandering really bad

ever since i got my 95 neon sohc it has wandered towards the drivers side and i cant figure out why.. i have had i aligned 2 times now and still nothing... the tie rod end on the drivers side was loose so i changed it and still nothing.. i dont dare to take it on any long trips as it is and just recently the steering wheel has started to shake when i go over 100 km/h i need help thanks

could be your front struts...if they are not alligned right then it will pull...you will have to loosen the two 21 mm bolts that hold the strut to the spindle...when loosened, push the buttom of the strut toward the engine, while holding the strut there retighten the bolts..that should fix your problem

Camber out will cause that, toe in or out will not. There are cam bolts that can be used if something is way out on the alignment, on those bolts spudsterier is talking about.
Question has it ever been wrecked?
if so the frame could be off. Does it dog track? have a buddy drive behind you on a straight road and see if its going sideways.
Could be, its hard to tell from the drivers seat sometimes.
Ive seen some pretty bad alignments in my time some guys just cant get it right.
