Ok so i have a stereo that i wired up and installed in my neon, and i think before i got my powercapp i sucked my battery clean dry
(one of those quote " unkillable" optima gell batteries) and the other day my car wouldnt turn on when i tried to start it.. then it spit the cd player out of the deck... i tried to turn the key and got nuthin... waited a bit and tried it again.. and it started fine....

is it the starter or the battery.. i think the starter should b fine cause when it does start it has no trouble.. it turns over fine.. i think its just the battery.....n e thoughts?

i had an optima battery in my car before and it had similar problems, so i got a new battery and used the optima as a parking block.... havent had any problems since...

 

The Optimas don't do good as a primary battery. They are meant for the trunk as a second battery. Geta regular good battery, mount the optima in the trunk and be done with it.
