I had a guy at the muffler shop i went to (hes got like 10 neons), tell me that you can take second gen springs and slap em in first gen and it drops 1-2 inches. Fact or fiction?

Stock 1st gen springs will lower a 2nd gen. 1-2" sounds right. The Mopar performance lowering springs for the 2nd gens are just stock 1st gen ACR springs.

Best of luck!

how in the world did you manage that? My guess is that you picked up the first thing that looked like a quart bottle and poured it in. You will need to drop the tranny pan and drain all the oil/fluid out, then you will need to change to filter, put a new pan gasket on and refil the tranny with tranny fluid and keep your fingers crossed. Hopefull you didnt start and/or drive it after realizing what you did.

I dont want to know how you did that must have been a mix up with the quarts have to flush the trans and replace the filter not to much of a big deal just more of a pain in the ***.
