Stock times for a '98 Neon R/T are 0-60 MPH in 7.5 and the 1/4 mile in 15.9 seconds and I have the pages from the magazine (Motor Trend or Car & Driver, I forget exactly which it was) in which they reviewed and tested one. My '99 R/T, which had none of the heavy power options, had most of the Mopar Performance bolt ons and it was good for 14.8 in the 1/4 mile.

The only way you could run a full second and a half quicker than an experienced pro is if your spraying or running something less than a 1/4 mile, like 1,000 ft. or 1/8 mile. The only other possible way is if you gutted the car down to a 1 seater bare shell.

Why are you trying to start sh*t again by making inflamatory remarks about cars you know absolutely nothing about? If you have factual information based on this threads subject matter then feel free to give it, but keep your off topic oriented stuff to yourself.

The R/T springs were not stiffer. The '95 Sports all had rear discs, same as the R/T's. The sales code for the suspension on the '95 Sport Coupe is identical to the one on the '98/'99 R/T.

14.4 with bolt ons you must not know how to sift because i got 14.5 stock
I am not even gonna get into the bull ****, Post a time slip and motor pics, and I wanna see "r/t neons and 1/4 mile times" on a piece of paper on the radiator suport. If you can't do that then you know that a neon, RT or not, is not doing 14.5 stock unless its an SRT.

He was making a remark to and about someone else that had commented about and to him. Since I do not know him or anything about his Camaro, I have no reason to question that statement and for all I know it may be the other way around. I do not assume things, which is why I also didn't say anything about the claim you made of your friends Neon. And since they have not continued with it any further there is nothing to be said about it.

If you had read before replying you would know that I have questioned his other claim, which is the only one that has any relevance to this thread, by posting the factual tested stock times for an R/T.

I know how well you like to talk BS, flame and cause problems in general just as you were by making the previous statement which has absolutely nothing to do with this threads topic. You did this as a deliberate act to start problems again and this is the last time I will ask you to stop doing such things.
