I believe all you need is a horn adapter. You will need a steering wheel puller as well.

The Momo hub 2401 will work with just about any 7-bolt aftermarket steering wheel (like Momo, Tenzo, etc.). It might take a little work to get the horn to work clockspring fitment), but the self-cancelling feature for the turn signals would take some work.

Grant uses a 5 bolt, I believe. That would use the Grant adapter (#3196) for a Chevy S-10. This one definitely needs trimming to use the stock clockspring, and no turn signal cancellation as well. But if you don't need the airbag, horn, or curise, it's not a big deal...

Best of luck!
