Hi,

I have a 1995 Neon, that I purchased from a friend. It drove good for about a month. Then I was coming off expressway and it stalled, overheated and died. I smelled gas, but I had just filled it up three days before this. So, I got it to cool down and put water in it, and it wouldnt start. I pulled it home and put a new fuel pump and fuel filter on it. It still won't start. It just turns over and over. Could it be the battery? I am not good with cars at all. Any help is appercitated. Thanks!
