I have a stock 99 rt (dohc) and i was just wondering what i could do to build the motor so that it will handle like 13 psi? i am willing to spend quite a bit, so lets just say im not worried about money. if you can help me in any way, (list of parts/ add ons, or anything i will need to get the job done) it would be very much apreciated. im not doing the big change til summer of 07, im just trying to get a figure on what it will take and how much it might cost. thank you for your time.

Get "psi" out of your head. Boost pressure doesn't kill motors, torque does.
