Thanks everyone I think I'll start with the simple stuff CAI, chip, springs
There is no chip for the neon. Stay away from Jet products or the resistor trick!

Thanks for the input everyone. Well I have been driving the R/T for about a week and I love it! I can tell that it has a lot of potential. I am shopping around for the best price on a good CAI, then I might throw on dual exhaust but I don't want to be looked at as Ricey!

The only true CAI for the neon is the Iceman and it is no longer in production. A dual tip exhuast won't yield you any HP gains as the factory exhaust flows well from the factory.
