mine are 30mm and I have a 96 dodge neon highliner 4d.

 

Yeah, I went through the same deal getting those off my neon. I went through like 2 breakerbars, bent 2 screw drivers, bent a ratchet and busted the handle off the top of a screwdriver trying to get it off before getting ticked and borrowing an impact gun, which took a whole 2 minutes to do afterwards...

Moral of the story: Get an impact gun to do it...

 

I didn't have all that trouble. I used breaker bar and came loose real easy.
