This isn't too much of a Neon question per se, but why do ricers leave one wiper (usually the passengers) half way up? I've seen a Civic and a Neon around my area doing it. Also why do some motorcycles (rice-rocket type) have one headlight out? Almost every bike around here is like that. Just figured someone in here may be able to help me out. Thanks.

 

They're too cheap to fix it and have already spent all their allowance on stickers and decals to make their cars/bikes go faster. On most cars I've had, an "out of position" wiper would burn up the wiper motor.........

Gang sign? Or too stooopid to index the wiper arm on the post? Busted transmission rod?

 

if you look closely, if one wiper is up, there usuall isnt another one...alot of the time, the one gets moved and the other removed, that way there is only one wiper that wipes the window....but still clears it all.....more of a "custom" look i guess....but hey, its a honda how "custom" can you get without looking stupid....the neons one is probally just broke
as for the bikes, 1 light is a low beam and both are high beams

 

Wouldn't pass in PA.

 

and one light on bikes means they are on low beams or on daytime running lights (lights are off) hi beams turn on both.
