Trunk/Backseat problem
Alright well my trunk either got jammed or rusted over the winter. Either way, I can't open it. So anyways, I tried to pop my back seat out (1996 4dr with full rear seat). Removed the bottom seat but can't get the T55 bolts out for the life of me. Any suggestions on getting them off? I used a ton of pb blaster hoping that'd loosen them up but no luck. Or if there's anyone around Milwaukee,WI good with locks and wants to come take a look at it, let me know
. I'm willing to drive 50ish miles in any direction for some assistance heh.

When we replaced the speakers in my daughter's 1996 Neon coupe I thought I was going to snap the torx bit off. They turned out hard just about the whole way. Did you try the pb blaster or WD-40 in the lock cylinder? From your post I gather you can't turn the key?
It was soaking from friday night to this afternoon and nothing.
And yeah, I put the key in but it doesn't move...i sprayed pb blaster inside of the lock and let it sit for a few days, tried again and nothing. I busted open almost all of my knuckles trying to get the bolts off lol. I never realized taking out a backseat would be so difficult.

i had a bolt that was seized in there.....shattered 1 bit and stripped another along with the bolt.....so i welded a bit to the bolt, broke it loose but then broke that bit too....so i just took a grinder, ground the bolt down flush with the body of the car and was done with it....nobody rode in the backseat ever so i wasnt worried about not having the seatbelts
